Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our production facility.

Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

Our products are printed on demand by our trusted printing partners located in various facilities worldwide. Orders are automatically routed to the facility closest to your delivery address to ensure faster shipping and reduced environmental impact. This means:

  • Your order may ship from different locations depending on the products ordered
  • Tracking information will show the actual shipping origin
  • Multiple items in one order may ship separately for faster delivery, with individual shipping costs calculated for each item
  • Processing times may vary slightly based on facility workload and product complexity

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Total delivery time includes both production (3-5 business days) and shipping time. Estimated delivery timeframes from order placement:

United Kingdom
• Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days

Europe (EU Countries)
• Standard Delivery: 10-20 business days

International (Rest of World)
• Standard Delivery: 14-30 business days

These are estimates and may vary based on customs processing, local postal services, and seasonal factors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the specific items ordered. Since our products are made-to-order, each item ships individually with its own shipping cost.

Estimated Shipping Costs:

  • United Kingdom: £3-4 per item 
  • Europe (All EU Countries): €5-8 per item
  • International (Rest of World): $12-17 per item (or equivalent in local currency)

Multiple Items: If you order multiple products, each will have a separate shipping charge as they may ship from different facilities for faster delivery.

No minimum order requirements. No additional charges for split shipments.

International Orders - Important Information

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
  • Customers must pay these fees directly to customs authorities upon delivery
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
  • We use HS codes and declare accurate product values for customs compliance

Order Tracking 

All orders include tracking information sent via email once dispatched. International orders receive full tracking through to delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • For international orders, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services
  • Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees will incur return shipping charges

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal codes. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Restricted Countries 

We currently do not ship to certain countries due to postal restrictions. Please contact us if you're unsure about delivery to your location.
