At Le Ranga Arts, we create personalized print-on-demand products that are custom-made for each order. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.
No Returns Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is custom-created specifically for your order, which allows us to offer unique designs but means we cannot resell returned items.
We do not provide a return address, as all items are produced and shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.
Legal Basis for No Returns
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Article 16(c) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalized or custom-made products are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal (right to return). Our products fall under this exemption as they are made-to-order with designs specifically for each customer.
Limited Refund Policy
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following specific circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Provide any relevant details about the problem
- For verified quality problems, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion
- We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the incorrect item received
- Provide your order number and details of what you ordered
- We'll work to resolve the situation with either a replacement or refund
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- Include your order number and tracking information
- We'll investigate the situation with our shipping partners
Sizing and Fit Issues
As each item is custom-made to order:
- We cannot offer refunds for size, fit, or style preferences
- Please carefully review our size charts before ordering
- If you're between sizes or unsure, please contact us for guidance before placing your order
Order Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly
- We cannot guarantee cancellations
- We will try to accommodate cancellation requests made within 2 hours of ordering
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
European Economic Area (EEA) and UK Customers
For customers in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom:
- While our personalized products are exempt from standard return rights under EU and UK law, you retain rights regarding product quality and conformity
- For defective products, UK customers have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund
- After 30 days, UK customers can request repair or replacement
- For EEA customers, local consumer protection laws apply regarding defective products
- In cases where returns are accepted (damaged/defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
Production and Shipping Information
- Our products are manufactured and shipped directly from our print-on-demand partners
- We do not warehouse inventory or handle returns directly
- Production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping
- Shipping times vary by location and are not guaranteed
Currency and Payment Information
- All refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase
- For international orders, the refund amount received may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations
- Bank fees or payment processor charges related to refunds are not covered by Le Ranga Arts
Force Majeure
Le Ranga Arts is not responsible for delays or failures in processing refunds if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
